wide range of centrifugal rotary pump shafts. Commonly referred to as Type 1, 2, or 21
spring seals, these seals are the workhorse of the mechanical seal industry. While they
will not handle the most severe seal applications, they do handle approximately 80% of all
mechanical seal applications. Rather than the standard brass or bronze body seals we
